Miolin Bakery is looking for a professional baker with 3+ years of experience with bread baking and viennoisserie to join our small but mighty team. Semi flexible with schedule but must have weekend availability.
Flexibility with schedule with the ability to work very mornings, weekends and some holidays.
NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Able to work in a standing position for periods of 3-5 hours without a rest break
Hours of work for this position are approximately 40 hours per week.
Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners. Strong interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION: $21-$25 (based on experience)
